Its small gel format allows for significant cost savings by reducing the volume of agarose and running buffer required for each run. Despite its small footprint, the system remains highly versatile; with the available 7 x 7cm and 7 x 10cm gel trays, the unit can resolve up to 64 different samples or separate bands over a 9cm distance.
