The FastGene® Tris-MOPS-SDS buffer powder is formulated for denaturing gel electrophoresis with FastGene® PAGE gels. The buffer is characterised by a very high resolution whilst enabling fast electrophoresis runs. When stored at room temperature the powder is stable for 24 months. Each pouch makes 1 litre of buffer. This buffer is suitable for use with FastGene® PAGE gels.
