Opti-Seal Provides the best sealing option for EU Plates. The EU Opti-Seal is non pierce able and can be easily removed after the (q)PCR reaction is performed. Pressure applied by the heated lid of the thermal cycler, is needed to keep the seal Well closed during thermal cycling. Opti-Seal generates superior results and is designed and tested to be used in Real-Time PCR applications.

Extremely transparent, recommended when optical qPCR signal is obtained though bottom of the tubes. This product can easily be cut with scissors. Loss of PCR volume is less than 3%. It's possible to PCR in as less as 5 uL. This product has the following optical clean area of...mm²(5.9, 6.6, 7.0, 7.1, 12.6). This product is free of DNa(se), RNa(se), Pyrogens & metals.
