Saliva DNA Isolation Reagent Kit is designed for isolation of high quality DNA from 1ml to 4ml of preserved saliva samples within a laboratory setting. The Saliva DNA Isolation Reagent Kit contains enough reagents for 50 preps of 4ml saliva samples preserved via Norgen Saliva DNA Collection and Preservation Devices (P4-0141), Saliva DNA Collection, Preseror other preservation methods.
The kit contains Proteinase K and Binding buffer B, other reagents such as Isopropanol, 70% ethanol and TE buffer are required, but not supplied in the kit.
